Whole-home transformations, multi-room remodels, laundry and utility spaces, one contractor, one schedule, one point of contact. South Sound based, about 35 minutes from our shop, with over 12 years of hands-on remodeling experience behind every estimate we write.

Every remodel is scoped to your home, your written estimate lists exactly what's included. A sample of what we cover:
Multi-room projects vary widely, a laundry room rebuild may take two weeks while a whole-home interior runs several months. Your estimate includes a phased timeline so you know what happens in which order, and which rooms stay livable.
Olympia rewards craftsmanship, the South Capitol historic district, Bigelow's early-1900s homes, and mid-century Eastside houses all call for renovation that respects original character. We've found Olympia clients care deeply about doing it right, which suits how we work.
Permits: the City of Olympia Community Planning & Development issues residential permits; historic districts like South Capitol have design review. We handle the entire permit process, applications, plan documents, and inspection scheduling, on every project.
We come to your home, measure everything, and listen more than we talk. You get a detailed written estimate, line by line, free, no pressure.
Finishes chosen with our guidance, permits pulled by us, trades booked in order. Nothing gets demoed until everything that follows is sequenced.
Our crew builds, inspections pass, and we end the way it should: walking the finished space together, punch list in hand. It isn't done until you love it.
Remodeled my kitchen and got it done a few days faster than expected, and it looks so nice now I can't wait to host people over.
Did an excellent job doing a complete renovation/remodel of our bathroom and repairing/replacing a portion of siding on house. Really listened to what I wanted for my dream bathroom and delivered A+.
Whole-interior work is where sequencing saves real money: doing flooring, paint, and trim in one mobilization costs meaningfully less than three separate projects. We'll show you the phased and combined pricing side by side.
Yes. We confirm what the wall is carrying, work with the engineering required for the beam specification, pull the structural permit, and install temporary shoring during the swap. Open-concept conversions are routine for us, done correctly, with paperwork your future buyer's inspector will appreciate.
For most projects we handle design direction in-house, layouts, finishes, and material selections developed with you during the consultation phase. If you already work with an interior designer, we're happy to build to their drawings.
Usually, yes, we phase the work room by room and keep a kitchen and bathroom functional whenever the floor plan allows. For full gut renovations we'll be straight with you about the weeks where moving out makes more sense.
