Is an ADU worth it for rental income?

Often, yes, especially in our market, where demand for rentals and multigenerational space is high. We give you a realistic build cost and timeline so you can run the numbers, and we handle the permitting that makes an ADU legal to rent.

Will the addition match my existing home?

That is the whole point. We match rooflines, siding, trim, and finishes so the addition reads as part of the original home, not an obvious add-on. Done right, you cannot tell where the old house ends and the new space begins.

Do you handle the engineering and permits?

Yes. Additions involve structural engineering and a fuller permit set than a remodel, and we manage all of it, design, engineering, plan submittal, and inspections, so you are not chasing architects and the city yourself.
