Interior painting price is mostly about prep and trim, not the paint itself. Walls in good shape go fast; heavy patching, ceilings, and detailed trim add time. We quote by room and surface so you see exactly where the labor goes.
We prep first, always. Patching, sanding, caulking, and priming are what separate a paint job that lasts from one that peels and shows every flaw within a year. The prep is the work; the color is the easy part.
Yes. Dark colors, stains, and previous bad jobs get primed correctly so the new color goes on even and true. We never rely on extra coats to hide what a coat of primer should fix.
Most paints are dry to the touch in a few hours and fully cured within a couple of weeks. We sequence the work so you can move back into finished rooms quickly while we work elsewhere.
