We had our patio converted into a sunroom at the end of 2025 and are pleased with the outcome. DA Interior Solutions did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their craftsmanship is top-notch, they used premium materials throughout, and they were incredibly attentive to every detail from inception to completion. The entire renovation was smooth and hassle-free. Devon and his team were professional, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work. What to expect on cost
Exterior painting cost depends on the home's size, story height, siding condition, and how much prep the surfaces need. We assess all of it on a free walkthrough and quote the full system, wash, prep, and coats, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Questions, answered straight
What time of year is best for exterior painting here?
Late spring through early fall, when surfaces stay dry and temperatures hold in the paint's range. We watch the forecast closely and schedule around our wet season so the finish cures properly.
Do you pressure wash first?
Always. Paint will not bond to dirt, mildew, or a chalky old finish. A thorough wash and proper prep are what separate a finish that lasts years from one that fails in a season.
Can you match my current color?
Yes. We match existing colors precisely, or help you choose a new palette that fits your home and the neighborhood. You see the plan before we start.
Which Steilacoom neighborhoods do you serve?
All of Steilacoom, including Old Town Steilacoom, Saltars Point, Chambers Creek, plus the surrounding Pierce County area. We're about 25 minutes from our shop.
