Drywall repair price depends on the size and number of repairs and how exact the texture match needs to be. Small patches are quick; matching an old hand texture invisibly takes more skill and time. We quote by scope so you only pay for what the wall actually needs.
Yes, and it is the part most repairs get wrong. We feather the patch into the surrounding wall and match the texture so that once it is painted, you cannot find where the repair was.
We finish to a paint-ready, primed surface, and we can paint the wall or the whole room so the repair blends completely. A patch that is not repainted to a break line will always show.
Once the leak above is resolved, yes. We cut out the damaged drywall, replace it, match the ceiling texture, and prime with a stain-blocking sealer so the stain never bleeds back through.
