How a Project Runs · Feasibility to Sign-off

The process no surprises

A remodel should not feel like a leap of faith. Here is exactly how we run one, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough, with one accountable contractor the whole way.

Five Phases

One schedule, five phases

01
Phase 01

Feasibility & Site Visit

We come to your home, measure everything, and listen more than we talk. We pressure-test what is possible against your budget before anyone signs anything. You leave with a detailed written estimate, line by line, free, with no obligation and no follow-up pressure.

02
Phase 02

Design & Selections

We help you choose finishes that fit the budget and the way you live, then lock the full scope into a fixed, line-item proposal. No vague allowances that balloon mid-project. You know what you are getting and what it costs before demo day.

03
Phase 03

Permits & Sequencing

We prepare the permit applications, submit the plans, and book every trade in the right order. Nothing gets demolished until everything that follows it is scheduled, so the job moves in one continuous line instead of stalling between trades.

04
Phase 04

The Build

Dust barriers go up, the site stays clean, and inspections pass on the first visit. You have one point of contact the whole way, not a salesperson who disappears after the deposit. You always know what is happening this week and what is next.

05
Phase 05

Walkthrough & Sign-off

We walk the finished space together with a punch list in hand and close out every last item. We stand behind the work after the final invoice. It is not done until you love it.

Who Is Accountable

One accountable contractor, start to sign-off

On most jobs you get passed around: a salesperson closes the deal, a coordinator you never met runs the schedule, and a crew shows up with their own idea of the plan. That is where remodels go sideways.

Not here. The same general contractor who walks your home and writes your estimate is the one who pulls the permits, sequences the trades, and stands in the finished room with you at the end. One number to call. One person responsible for the result.

Q & A

Process questions, answered straight

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A single bathroom often runs 2 to 4 weeks of active work; a full kitchen 4 to 8; a whole-home interior renovation longer. We give you a realistic schedule in writing before we start, and we sequence the trades so the job keeps moving.

Do I pay for the estimate?

No. The in-home site visit and the written line-item estimate are free, with no obligation and no follow-up pressure.

Who do I deal with day to day?

One accountable general contractor, start to sign-off. You are not handed between a salesperson, a project manager, and a crew lead. The same contractor who quotes your project runs it and signs off on it.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Completely. We prepare permit applications, submit plans, and schedule every inspection. You never chase paperwork or stand at the city counter.

What happens if something is not right at the end?

We walk the finished space together and put every open item on a punch list before we call it done. DA Interior Solutions is licensed, bonded, and insured, and we stand behind the work after the final invoice.
